Weather is absolutely unpredictable so I can honestly say it wasn't the best on that part but because of how beautiful this place was we really didn't mind and enjoyed ourselves at the fair and staying at the site was just as great. Clean area, restrooms were nearby in all areas. We volunteered to come out and I can say for sure we will be back out when the weather is better and we can enjoy the site more.

"Fun Faire", as my granddaughter called it, was fun for the whole family. 35th Celtic Faire was today. She got to be an impromptu part of a juggling act and she got to meet the Queen, Mary of Scots! She was given a favor from the Queen. Great memories being made.

Fairly well maintained fairgrounds for venues. However, they charge a ridiculous $8 for parking in a dirt lot. Later, when the event ends, Angels Camp doesn't have the capacity for all the cars leaving. If you host/go to an event here, he prepared for expensive parking and at least a 30 minute wait to drive out of downtown.

Was there for our sons little league baseball game, 2nd game there so far, decent lil baseball fields,pretty lean but only 2 tiny Aluminum bleachers on one side on 1 field, none on the other side and unsure of the 2nd field ,havnt noticed only had games on the 1 closest the the entrance. Has a lil snack bar,prices on the snacks aren't crazy outrageous I guess, $1 for bottled water,$1 for candy bars I think,$1 for can of soda,$2 for a medium Gatorade etc... has men's and womans bathrooms but hav not used yet.
Biggest downfall I would say is it has a shooting range right next to the fields ( like right next,you can see the people shooting) and its loud, it can be a bit annoying, im sure disruptful to some players an some parents even.

We were looking it over as might stay during the upcoming Celtic Faire in March as we are volunteers. They have electric hookups & showers available. If you want to have a small warming fire or open flame to cook, you must get a free permit from Cal-Fire online.
