To say we miss this box is an understatement. For the last 5 years we lived in the desert, Gene and his team of knowledgeable coaches helped me build such a solid foundation. I came into the box in 2015 with zero athletic experience, overweight, and complained about sweating too much. I now have the endurance, knowledge, and strength to do the lifts, cardio, and gymnastics, and to do things I never thought were possible. I also appreciate that muscle memory is a real thing, which has helped me sustain this healthy lifestyle as my family and I now live abroad. This in addition to hearing Gene’s, Travis’s, Tiffany’s, Sean’s, or Lynette’s voice in my head, giving me all the cues for each lift, run, movement, etc. They are extremely knowledgeable about every movement, and are always helpful in providing modifications and scaling as needed. Anytime we visit the desert, I look forward to dropping in to be around the Foundry CrossFit family again. Thank you for changing my life.

We were in town visiting and decided to drop-in. We had a great experience and really enjoyed our time here. Good gyms are getting harder and harder to find. We were introduced to the class, the coach got to know us and everyone was very friendly. This is all evidence of a great community and it's obvious they put their members first.

Awesome place to workout! Great coaching, kind and welcoming members and a nice facility/equipment. Dropped in for one of Gene's morning classes and had a great time and met some great athletes to have a go at some deadlifts and runs with. Planning to come back for another drop in and you should definitely check this place out as well if you're looking for a gym to join or drop in at. Thanks Foundry CrossFit!

Dropped in while we were visiting Palm Springs from the Midwest and really enjoyed it! Coaches and members were very welcoming. Facility and coaching was top notch! I have been dropping in at Foundry for a year or more and it's possibly the best coaching I have experienced ever. Gene and his team care about everyone that trains with them.
