This is a quaint little adult RV Park conveniently located in Willcox AZ. Staff was pleasant and accommodating. I called to make a reservation with my Passport America membership. Reservation Process was easy! Check-in was terrific. The next morning, a text with all check-in details was sent to us. Nice laundry facilities on site and bathrooms are well kept. The road noise was minimal. BEAUTIFUL VIEWS. Great little park.

I am not gonna lie here. It is noisy! I 10 traffic is not heard, but the I 10 business loop traffic and the railroad traffic are very loud. Where are these 18 wheelers going on Business I 10 at 2 am? But good earplugs solved that issue. And that's a problem at all the rv parks in Willcox. The sites are level, have good electric and good water pressure. The staff is friendly and helpful. We didn't try the showers, mainly because it was so cold at night. Sign says 6 minutes for 50 cents. Shower set up is different. One shower is behind the other with only a shower curtain dividing them. Does the payment give both hot water? To those of us from the east, the lack of trees and grass is unusual. But for those of us from sea level, the view of mountains in every direction is amazing, wonderful, gorgeous.

My husband and I spent a night here. We made a reservation by calling the park vs online thereby saving a bunch of fees. Did not have to pay until we got here. The park is small, but we found it clean and tidy. Carol and Pam, the manager and owner, were very pleasant and helpful. Some of the harsher reviews don't really seem warranted, yes, the showers are pay showers and don't come included in the camping fee. There is wifi and cable available with your camping fee if you want it or need it. Bathrooms were fine. Not luxury, but clean. Laundry facilities on site as well. Bring quarters if you plan to do laundry, however, the owner did provide us quarters when we asked. Enjoyed the proximity to town where we enjoyed the Texas BBQ restaurant. There were trains that ran thru the night,..so not totally quiet, but that didn't really bother me. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Ps. If you have passport america, the camping is around $20 for the night.

Do yourself a Big Favor and Skip past Willcox Arizona; because all the RV parks in Willcox are an absolute dump and joke. They charge astronomical Rates. (But Fort Willcox)
This place is an absolute dump. They charge an astronomical amount of money for nothing. They did not even have waffles in the morning as they claimed that they offered. There's nothing to do (but they Over charged us). The owners were arrogant and nasty, and they have Alaskan License plates on the vehicles and I ran the license plate number and they are not Legit, and they do not have insurance on these vehicles. They're a bunch of scam artists. They have rusty water coming out of their pipes because they did not update their pipes from the well. They cannot afford City water. They also have a problem with their leaching system. Every time it rains, there's feces all over the place.

Easy access from highway. Level gravel spots. Was able to stay connected to trailer. It's advertised in Passport America with the additional $7 for utilities.Slightly more overall than we usually pay but overall good deal. We didn't use any of the amenities, just spent the night

This place is not anything special. My fault for not checking the reviews more carefully. It's out on the other end of town and we pulled in and no one was there because it was Sunday so we picked a site. it wasn't leveled and the wind was blowing and it was only a 30 amp site. So we would have to move to a 50 Amp site so we just decided we would go to another park in town. Be careful and do not get off I10 early. We drove through bumpy gravelly roads it was quite an awful adventure. Not the RV parks fault.
