I'd passed this gym while walking along the road a few times. It looked nice. I've been looking for a new gym, so today I walked in to check it out.

The receptionists at the front desk were idly chatting with each other and ignored me for a couple minutes as I looked around the lobby. I asked if they could introduce the facilities for me, and they said that I'd need to fill in a "liability waiver" first in one of their iPads. Apparently, that means giving them my phone number, my email address, my photo, and telling them how I heard about the gym (and of course none of the options were applicable in my case.)

I told the staff that it's a little bit much to give them that much personal information before I even know what this place is about. They couldn't have cared less.

I just wanted to talk to them, but they didn't want to talk to me. I can only assume they don't make much or any commission on new members.

I recently visited Forma Gym and was thoroughly impressed by the exclusive atmosphere. The front desk staff and instructors are exceptionally welcoming and professional. The facility is top notch, offering a unique and inviting environment for all fitness enthusiasts. Additionally, the Rise Paralysis Recovery program is outstanding. I truly enjoy coming here and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a premium gym experience. Also the members are fantastic persons. We been enjoying the Olympic Games Paris 2024

Love Forma! I was a member long ago when it was called the Walnut Creek racquetball club so for me it’s like coming home—To a home that has been updated and improved. Everyone is so welcoming and the facilities are all I would need and more. Great classes and personal training. Highly recommend starting with a few personal training sessions to get on track! Annabell is amazing.

Customer services are extremely excellent
Work out stations are always clean and ready. The jacuzzi, sauna, and steam rooms are always clean and ready. The showers and locker rooms are always clean. The cleaning crew that is there all the time do an amazing job at keeping the entire gym clean. The swimming pool is salt water so that alone is a big plus. They have different types of classes through out the week that my wife attends, they even have a place for your kids if you need to bring them. Great atmosphere with great attitudes makes this place a great idea of an awesome gym. Highly recommended!!

Ive been a member for about 5 years. The crowd it draws covers a wide age range. Fairly large numbers of older folks probably because of the demographics of the area. Facilities are well equipped a maintained. Staff are excellent as well. Has an outdoor year round pool as well as outdoor exercise areas in addition to two floors of indoor equipment. Ive never struggled to get on equipment, theres plenty even at 5pm

Huge thanks to Forma Gym for allowing our mountain bike team to use the spin room during inclement weather! Their support has been incredibly helpful in keeping our riders on track with their performance development, even when we can’t get outside.

The facility has a great vibe—clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. The spin room is top-notch, and the staff has been fantastic in accommodating our needs. If you’re looking for a gym with a strong community feel and excellent amenities, Forma Gym is the place to be! Highly recommend! 💪🚴‍♂️🔥

Forma Gym in Walnut Creek is a top-tier fitness center with modern equipment, diverse group classes, and a welcoming atmosphere. The facility is clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with knowledgeable trainers and friendly staff. First of all, I’ve been a member of Forma for a very long time. I used to belong to other gyms in they area but they all moved or went out of business. So I came here because the facilities are excellent and I like what the owner has done with the place. He’s young and ambitious.
Over the years, most areas of the gym have been remodeled or upgraded but my favorite feature has not changed - the outdoor workout area shaded by Redwood trees. It’s awesome. I don’t use it every time but I love that it’s there. The locker rooms are nice, the equipment is excellent and they have a great lounge in front. They are certainly not cheap compared to the no frills gyms but for my speed, this place cannot be beat.
