Mark has an amazing gym set up. I have had the privilege of training with Mark at Flex One Trinity the past almost 4 years. It has been one of the best decisions of my life. His private gym offers the unique environment to lift without prying eyes. His years of experience is noticed with the pairing of lifts and rotation of exercise to provide optimal results. Most importantly he encourages and corrects form to keep me safe. The accountability of having someone to help me meet my goals has kept me motivated for the past four years! He doesn’t push crazy diet plans or eating habits but supports you in conversation and advice to support your goals. Anyone looking for personal training, strength training instruction, just nervous about where to start, or has gym intimidation, I highly recommend this business. Do yourself a favor and check it out!

I love this place!! Great gym, great people. Mark is my personal trainer there and has been for the last year and a half. Very knowledgeable, will definitely push you, but has also been my voice of reason too. I look forward to going every day that I can. Mark is also very flexible with times and we always manage to work with my schedule! Also every piece of equipment are in great shape. It’s clear that he takes great care of them. I was recommended by several friends about this place and I would highly recommend Mark and Flex One Trinity to anyone!

Highly recommend Mark!! I wanted to get back into the gym after having twins but was lacking motivation/discipline. I also wanted my mom to be a strong grandma. Enter Mark and Flex One. My mom was especially nervous about seeing a personal trainer thinking he would be a jerk. It was hysterical, session one and my mom LOVED Mark. The gym and equipment are super duper clean and very well maintained. Overall I cannot recommend Mark enough to help you reach and exceed your health and fitness goals!!!

I’ve been going to Mark as part of a small group training class for over a year and a half now and have no regrets! I’ve always avoided public gyms because I never knew what to do or where to start and thought I would give this a try which has turned out to be the best decision. Mark is an incredible trainer and has created an environment that has made me feel comfortable and confident since day one. The small group has also been the perfect way to train with others while still getting the private training experience. Highly recommend!

I had an exceptional personal training experience! I recently had the pleasure of training with Mark and I can confidently say that it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. My move out of state is the only reason I won’t be going forever! As someone who hadn’t been taking fitness seriously enough, I was looking for someone who could guide me towards my goals while also making the journey enjoyable. Mark definitely does both! I wholeheartedly recommend Mark/Flex One to anyone seeking a personal trainer who is not only highly skilled and knowledgeable but also genuine about helping their clients achieve their fitness goals.

Wish we could give Mark and Flex One ten stars! The facility is top notch. Excellent equipment and super clean and comfortable. Mark is incredibly knowledgeable, patient and kind. He really knows his stuff. My teenaged son and I work out there together and we get more done in an hour than we would all day at the gym without Mark's guidance. Look no further! Flex One Trinity is the place for you no matter what your skill or experience level is.
