Absolutely rude. Purchased two vape disposables that totaled 70$ and was yelled at on the phone and told I could only get a store credit as they did not smoke and have concentrate clogging and coming out of the mouth pieces. Have the entire call recorded. Which also means I have the owner admitting to the fact he’s had complaints from others about the pens. Now I’m out my medicine and $70.

Wild response from them when asking about quantity pricing that isn’t listed online. I’m disabled, and deal with chronic pain, so yeah.. tend to have a budget. This is a medical dispensary who can’t be bothered to answer product related questions? I always liked their product, won’t lie, it’s good for the price… but hard pass on dealing with someone who would put more time and energy into passive aggressive texts than answering an easy question

Hidden Gem in Saco! Very reasonably priced, exceptional customer service and packaging doesn't require a jack hammer to get into. Check the open hours before stopping by. First Class offers free delivery, however. The name is appropriate!

Not sure if this label is attended by multiple workers or just a solo worker, but the guy Adam is great! He really bent over backwards to ensure my order was all set. He came to my house within 20 minutes after the transaction. The product is smelling very nice and skunky/garlic-y as well. You also get a free pre roll on your first purchase from them.
