Fatte's Pizza of Atascadero

Decent pizza, not great customer service. I inquired about the prices for a two topping versus a four topping pizza, because every other pizza shop I've ever gone to charges per topping. The girl on the phone just kept saying they are both "regular pizzas" without giving context or pricing and said "so I basically answered your question" in an annoyed voice.. I said she did not answer my question at all actually. Then with even more of a rude tone she finally explained that "regular pizza" means they have unlimited toppings and it's all the same price. I guess they just expect you to know this if you're not a regular customer? I looked online at the menu prior to my call, but didn't see any prices. I'm sorry, but now I am annoyed. Maybe their manager/shift supervisors can better train the employees to have more proper and effective order taking etiquette, so these lackluster interactions can be avoided when new customers don't know their lingo.

It's always a winner when we need pizza for a party of 4+. We chose the Combo and Chicken on White sauce this time, and it was perfect! Called in the order, picked it up to be greeted happily by a lovely woman, and filled our stomachs happily for under $40.

This place has 0 respect for their customers. Called in an order for delivery, small order mind you, they give eta of 45mins and it’s been an hour and a half and not a word from them. So I came out and just drove to their store, not a customer or line in sight. That’s some POS activity right there and even if they were busy, a simple call would be the respectful to do in that situation, if you are reading this take your business elsewhere.

I'm glad we stopped by on our trip to Paso Robles. We were delighted to find out their base sauce was Jain friendly(No Onion, No Garlic), and they accomadated our customizations, including using a clean knife. Pizza was loaded with toppings but needed a little bit of salt.

We were craving pizza on the way to Santa Barbara from The Bay so we stopped by Fatte's. We didn't bother paying attention to the reviews, we just wanted to try their pizza. Unfortunately, we were not impressed. The crust was stiff and the sauce lacked flavor. We ordered a medium pizza with all meat, As advertised, buy any pizza and you get another for free. The 2nd pizza we ordered was the Hawaiian.

Looking for a pizza place to feed a group of hungry workers In Atascadero. The Hawaiian pizza was tremendous. Reasonably priced.

I live in Santa Barbara, I placed a order to have delivered at my daughters house! The staff were super helpful! I asked if they could deliver a note on the box and they did! Excellent customer service!

Open later than most places in town. The pizza was so good and the employee at the counter informed us of a special going on so we got but one get one free! Mushroom pepperoni and another plain pepperoni pizza. Definitely a take out place, I don't think there was even a dine in area, not an issue for me at all but good to know :)
