I’ve had a policy with this agency since the 80s. My father was a former farmers district manager and insurance agent. I know he always felt very highly of Scott Uram. They are very good about giving me regular reports on my account and I appreciate it greatly would definitely recommend this agency to anyone for any insurance needs.

Just moved back from out of state. Chelsea helped us throughout the home and auto insurance process. She also was very helpful in guiding us through our options. We had a great meeting and we were able to personalize it to what our needs were from a coverage and financial standpoint point. She also helped with what to expect throughout the home closing process and that was a huge help. So far everything has been turn key and the office has been great on getting back to policy questions we’ve had as we are working on getting our all our ducks in a row with our licenses and such.

Wonderful customer service. An honest insurance agency. So I thought. After I cancelled my policy, they kept billing me, then placed me in collections. I cancelled my policy. They confirmed my cancellation. This is why nobody trusts the insurance industry.
