My favorite part about F45 is that I can just go, I don't have to come up with a killer workout on my own and can instead follow a curated 45-minute workout guided by knowledgeable coaches that will actually help me with my form and push me past my limits.
Would I ever do burpees on my own at the gym? No. But this is the perfect amount of peer pressure to get me doing moves I otherwise wouldn't, thereby giving me more holistic strength and balance. Plus, I don't have to set-up, take down, or go through and clean my equipment- it's all done for me.

I've never been a workout class or group workout person until now. And the community here is awesome.
If you want the most of the 45 minutes you have before or after work, this is the gym for you. Turn your brain off and work 💥

I was so excited when the gyms opened back up and we could work out inside. I have become completely addicted to this place, the vibe, the trainers and the music. I absolutely love that it is different every day, that it is 45 minutes, and because we are actively working the entire time, I am happy with the results. I recommend this to anyone just getting started or even advanced. It can fit any level of fitness!

This is an awesome place to go workout as a group. We all struggle together. Really enjoy the different workouts each day. They also have Showers available so I can rinse off before work. The bootcamps are fun and the trainers help you push yourself. I also enjoy the live DJ and what I like the most is there is no time for others to judge you because everyone is busy working out. If you are a beginner or advance level it does not matter, you will sweat and get a workout. I feel like this is what I needed to get back into working out.

Best work out/gym in town! Finally found “my thing”! The community, coaches and variety of work outs has me excited to go to the gym! Every day is a new class whether cardio or resistance based, and I just show up and follow along and get a GREAT workout in 45 minutes. Can’t beat it! Highly recommended! F45 is an awesome workout no matter what your fitness level. Its fun, challenging and always changing but what sets this place apart from the rest is the staff. They are all very knowledgeable and motivate and push you to be your best even when you think you can't give any more.

I joined F45 BV when they first opened and am in love with the workouts and the the team. It really is a family atmosphere there between the coaches and the members. The one on one support and guidance you receive is unmatched by any gym I’ve belonged. I can’t say enough! Do yourself a favor and check it out, they’ve opened two new studios, Petaluma and Windsor/Hburg so you have no excuses!
