We trained with Justine at this gym for almost 2 years, and both the gym and Justine have been amazing. The gym is spacious, always clean, and equipped with the most advanced, state-of-the-art equipment in the fitness industry. The manager Carmen is very nice and helpful. There’s never any waiting for machines or squat racks, so your workouts are efficient and uninterrupted. Justine is an exceptional trainer—knowledgeable, patient, and always focused on helping you improve your form and push past your limits safely.

Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or you’ve been lifting for years, this gym provides an ideal space to train seriously, without the common frustrations of packed or poorly managed gyms

This is a great training facility. I see a trainer 1:1 as well as do the group workouts 3 days a week. The facility is clean, the women’s bathroom is stocked with hairdryers, brushes, Q-tips, and anything else one could think of. The staff is very friendly, from Carmen who greets you as you walk in to the owner herself, Ashley. This is a gym where you cannot cheat! They watch your form and challenge you to up your weights to gain muscle. I highly recommend this gym! You will not be disappointed! You do need to make an appointment to visit and see the facility and find a trainer for you. This is not a drop-in facility, like a previous reviewer thought it was.

It's GREAT!!! They've fixed a lot of issues I've had with an old injury and various other things. It's basically an independent-trainers-only gym (everybody that works out there works with a trainer, and they match you with a particular trainer based on what you need or want to do). They've also got a very good physical therapist who has done wonders for me. It's not cheap (about twice the normal rate for trainers in other gyms), but I wouldn't trade it for the world - the trainers are very experienced and very, very knowledgeable. One of the best things I've ever done was to contact them more than a year ago.

I love this gym and trainers. It's small and everything is customized to you goals/needs. Ashley is owner and she opens up the gym for day-after-Thanksgiving group work out which is really fun for families. Highly recommended.

This place is amazing! I used to train with Sophie and I go bi weekly for massages with Dave! Check him out, he’s an incredible massage therapist who has worked with the 49’ers and other incredible athletes. He’s a sports medicine pro!

This is listed as a highly rated gym but despite offering them any amount of money they wanted for a drop in or a personal training, they refused me. The money of a certified yoga instructor was not good enough. Their loss. Try another less stuck up place.

I worked out with Steve Saxe - he designed an amazing program for me to help me stay active in my favorite sports (surfing and hockey). The facilities and staff are amazing too. Highly recommended!
