This organization goes above and beyond to accommodate the dogs and new owners. The dogs are absolutely amazing and while we wish we could take more of them the little guy we got is everything to us. He came with all the paperwork, blankets, toys and all the instructions and medication we would need. They went so far as to meet us halfway ( we are in Las Vegas) . They are very clear that this breed needs a lot of attention and they have tons of energy. Expectations need to be set properly by breeder and they do that. Pepperoni has changed our family for the good. He has an older brother named Puppy and is spoiled beyond words. Thank you, Evening Star for adding so much love to our family.

We couldn’t be happier with Evening Star Kennels! If you are looking for a Vizsla then I wouldn’t hesitate buying a puppy from them! Super professional and outstanding facility to give puppies a well rounded life experience prior to adoption.
Our puppy is confident, outgoing, gentle and happy. He is also great with our children.
We are so happy with our experience with Evening Star! We’ll be going to them again if we ever want to get another Vizsla.

Please be aware when purchasing your puppy from Evening Star. My family had to put down our extremely loving 6 year old Vizsla due to lymphoma. Lymphoma in dogs is genetic and upon reading other reviews, I can see our dog wasn't the only one experiencing this type of cancer. When multiple people come forward about the death of a young dog, you would think Evening Star would stop breeding this genetic line of dogs. My family is devastated by this loss and I would like to bring awareness to anyone considering purchasing a puppy from Evening Star. They advertise healthy puppies, but fail to mention the cancer myself and other owners have experienced when purchasing puppies from them.

I purchased a vizsla from them in late 2015. She was diagnosed with lymphoma in 2020. I notified breeder since this could be genetic and my dog was only four years old. No response at all. I loved my dog so much and spent 4500 dollars diagnosing her and trying make her comfortable in her last few weeks.
I am shocked that I did not get a response or thank you for notifying her so that she could make sure her breeding program is not producing dogs susceptible to lymphoma.

We literally paid over $200 to just view a puppy for 5 minutes! Deposit was not fully refundable even though the breeder was not out of anything when we backed out of the deal, (within 5 days). The pups were still marketable for another 4 weeks and the breeder could easily find another customer. What the breeder collected and kept was excessive and a reasonable, ethical person would have returned the full deposit given all circumstances. Save your money and read the reviews first.

Well.... got to love the “Christians”. Drove an hour to go see a puppy. Ended up putting a deposit down for one. After one hour we called and apologized to owner as we had changed our mind. The truth was we were not impressed with the mass breedings and over 30 dogs in “breeder cages” down the hill. Dogs didn’t look good but we let our emotions for a puppy get us. Even though we called an hour later our check was deposited the next day. I had to contact multiple times to get money back. Finally, 16 days later we received $750 back. Was charged $250 for 1 hour! Christian hypocrisy at its finest. Wife review will follow

Out of the five vizslas we have had this one bit us fit 2!yesrs hadvesting issues and now we are dealing with cancer we were told she was reserve as we errr signing the paperwork. She had over z
20 puppies from different litters at different ages Sgr complained about Bev Wonjan this lsdy is satan compared to Bev. This is just a puppy mill. Do not buy here any breed.
