Excellence from start to finish!! Pricing was comparable to other options in the area but I didn't have to lug my machine in, they came to me!! Mark was professional and clear repairing our Jura (Which is part of the family at this point) ! He explained what was wrong, what he did to fix it and even showed me things about my machine I didn't know. I realized later I had another question and Paul quickly responded with all the answers!! Service, quality, and timeliness all exceeded expectations!!

Espresso Machine Repair did a fantastic job repairing my Bezzera prosumer machine. Mark, the technician, did a thorough diagnostic and found all the issues and it’s working great again like new. Service fees are fair and parts are provided at cost. And, they come to your home or business rather than carting a heavy machine to their workshop. I highly recommend them.

Can't recommend these folks enough. Fast, friendly service, they came right to my house on short notice, diagnosed the issues with my machine, and fixed it on the spot. Tech was cool and gave me some tips for how to better care for my equipment.

I'll use them again if I have any issues but for now my machine is back in action!

My Breville dual boiler was presenting internal leaks beyond what I was comfortable doing, I contacted Paul and he was upfront with expected costs and timing. On the scheduled day Mark came to my house, super courteous, explained to me what he was doing, fixed the problem in a great time and now I have my machine working and I never had to send it anywhere. If/when I need I'll call them again.

Technician was prompt (early in fact), friendly, and efficient. He replaced my PID display and it now looks and works great! He also solved a problem I had with the steam wand failing to shut off crisply. Nice to know there is a quality espresso machine repair service in town.
