I’ve been working out here for about a year now. Doing yoga a couple times a week along with my normal gym workout routine has helped me to add focus and flexibility . Just took a Buti yoga class that was the most fun I’ve had all month. I wish this class was every week! The music was a fantastic mix of Afro beats & house, the energy was high and so was my heart beat. I left class with a huge smile on my face, the teachers brought fantastic energy as well as a fun workout. Oh and did mention the black lights and reflective body paint! 100% recommend this class.

Bring back more traditional 90 min Bikram classes. Each year they become less and less available. I understand catering to the quick workout crowd, since that’s where our attention span is as a society. However 2 or 3 90 min classes is not enough.

Give Alisse’s power flow classes a try! By far the absolute best power flow class I’ve attended and I’ve visited quite a few yoga studios. Alisse has great energy and is a phenomenal instructor! Overall, in my opinion, Energize is the best yoga studio in Sonoma County!

I've enjoyed hot pilates and yoga classes at Energize Hot Yoga in Santa Rosa for many years. I feel so great after every class. It's been a great complement to my other sports training, first muay thai and now bike racing.
