I met Tabatha Jones at exactly the right time in my career. A couple of epically-disastrous interviews over the past few years had me completely shaken. When your work abilities are up there but your interview skills aren’t, you’re trapped. I knew that unless I took control and made a change, my career wasn’t going anywhere.

She talked me through my past interview traumas, and helped me break my old patterns. She re-framed my experiences and projects to reflect my best skills and abilities, and show the value I’d bring to the new role. It was an amazing and empowering experience to hear a perspective from somebody with so much experience and leadership success.
