Of all the vineyards we visited, this was our favorite! The view from the patio was stunning and the service was even better! Sofia and Melasana were so hospitable and friendly, making the entire experience so special for us. We loved the Brut sparkling wine the most 🙂

Emeritus, Don's Block has been one of my favorite wines for about 10 years. I finally had an opportunity to visit for a tour and tasting. I was not disappointed! Sophia was excellent, funny and informative. She showed us around the vineyard explaining the micro climates and wine making process. She gave us a recommendation for lunch that ended up being one of our favorite restaurants from the trip. I would highly recommend a visit to Emeritus.

We loved our stop at Emeritus. We were in the Russian River area for 4 days and did 8 tastings in total. Emeritus stood out as both casual and refined. We felt right at home despite traveling from Washington, DC, to visit, and we learned a lot about the history and property. The tasting room is beautiful, and it felt super cozy in the winter months. We'd love to visit again!

Such a beautiful space! The staff was so friendly and I loved the 2020 Smokey wine and the last ranch elite wine that we had. This would be an amazing event space

My friends and I had a lovely experience here. The wines were incredible and the detail we got from our host on the story and process of their wine making was very interesting. We were brought charts and pictures to help reinforce the stories. Lovely and well informed staff.

Tried their current Pinot tasting and it was symbolic of very high quality wines, esp their reds (PH east and elite and Wesley). Very low key while we were there, choice to sit inside or patio and it was nice and sunny so did the patio. Folks there were chill, low key and knowledgeable of their offerings and processes which is also symbolic of their overall quality. Too bad they don't distribute much of their product, most of it is accessible at the estate or restaurants that feature it! I wish I could have bought more of their bottles...
