Great newer facility. I use the facility for my softball team practices, and the owners have always been great to work with. All other staff that I've interacted with have been exceptional.

My 7 year old practices here. It's always busy with people and kids doing softball or baseball. It's nice they get to use the batting cages during practice too. It's always clean and the staff seem nice. It's usually packed with people from kids to parents but thats probably s good thing or it wouldn't be any good. We have gone only on Tuesday nights so I can't contest to any other time. But overall it's nice and if recommend.

We have been very happy with the strength training our teenage son has received here. I like that each session begins with nutritional information. The many class times available make it easy to fit into our schedule. The pre and post testing is nice to see a quantitative gain.

What an awesome facility! Multiple training options, classes, lessons! My son has been using this facility now for 3 years. Always room for everybody. Staff is top notch and accommodating!

Mike and Max have been wonderful to work with for our independent baseball team. It’s sad this our last year of select baseball before high school!! If your an independent team and looking for somewhere to practice in the off-season this is definitely the place hands down!!!

Great place, terrible parking lot. If you come here when it is busy, watch out! The lot is too narrow and often overcrowded, plus 210th street is crowded with cars that didn't fit in the lot. Poor exterior layout, but a great facility none the less.
