Terrible facilities. The owner clearly has no idea what he’s doing and is obviously using his ex wife’s family money to his own financial gain. Bob is a hot piece of trash that does not know how to run a business model. Also women feel uncomfortable around him. Not a good gym, throwing away money.

Athletes Aligned is owned by Karen Messersmith, PT. She uses a technique other PT's I've seen don't use. It's called Strain/Counter-Strain. In 90 minutes she eliminated, not reduced, ELIMINATED, pain I've had for over 2 months.
