I’ve been going to Elektren for about a month now, taking the Strength & Flow: Steel Mace class, and it has quickly become my all-time favorite yoga class. Jordan is an incredible instructor—super welcoming, positive, and always brings great energy to class. Her music choices are on point, and she makes every session both fun and challenging. The class itself is the perfect blend of traditional yoga with a unique, dynamic twist. If you’re looking for something that keeps you engaged while building strength and flexibility, this is it! Can’t recommend Elektren enough!

Such a beautiful space with great class offerings! Big garage door/window let the sun in when it's shining and they have a beautiful green patio. The strength and flow is so empowering and they have something for everyone!

The training at Elektren is TOP NOTCH! I've worked with Jolie and i've seen her in action with her other clients and I can tell you that she and her team are in a league of their own.

When you walk into the studio you automatically feel energized and stronger.

What I particularly enjoy about their approach is that they use unconventional exercise to help you create more freedom of movement in your everyday life. Too often, as we get older and as life gets busier, we lose our mobility and strength... so go work with the team at Elektren to make sure that doesn't happen!

I can't recommend the team at Elektren, enough!
