We came here for lunch and had a carne asada burrito, two tacos, pork tamale, and Mexican Cokes. Food was amazing. Glad we made the trip off I-5.

If you are passing by Arbuckle. Not a bad spot to sit down and eat. Classic Mexican decor. Great family owned business. Support your hardworking raza!

Why stop for fast food when you can make a quick stop off the Interstate and find good Mexican food at a value! Pros: Very friendly and quick service. Great value! You can get entrees for under $10. Cons: The chairs are unique but uncomfortable. The chips were a bit stale.

Food was wonderful. It totally reminded me of my grandma's cooking. Loved the Homemade tortillas!

This place is exactly what you'd expect in a small town. Kind people with great service. Amazing homemade food. Family friendly but great for a couple as well. My kids loved the enchiladas and burritos. I love Mexican food and have tried many places over my years. This place stands out! The flavors that they use are different in the best ways. Great portions, great house made hot sauce, and they were quick! Try the spicy pork! We came though and found this place by accident, but it will be a place we frequent now when we pass through!

Went at 9 am during a trip from Fair Oaks to Eureka. We had a cheese quesadilla and chilaquiles that were very good and generous with cheese. Served on ceramic with metal fork and knife, plastic glass for lemonade and cold coke litre bottle with no glass. No chips and salsa served at this sit down cafe, no salsa bar and no house sauces for the table. Requested a red hot sauce that was served and was superior to the bottled hot sauce on the table. The ambiance is flat low ceiling with a few paintings, paper cut outs, lottery cards and photos around. Chairs and tables are rustic and not very comfortable. Could use new paint and some music. Prices are updated from eight to twelve for most plates. New multi page menu provided at seating by a friendly server. Two other tables were occupied. Would stop here again.

Our go to for food in Arbuckle. Good chips and salsa to start, plenty of menu options include lunch options for a smaller appetite and full dinners. I like the 2 Chile Relleno, chimichuga with a variety of meats, some veggie options and Some American offerings too. Street parking but it's not that busy downtown that you can't find a convenient spot. The building is a little rustic but clean and the service is good.
