I've had 22 surgeries under my belt starting at 16. I am now 59. Bree was an absolute miracle worker. After two knee replacements she had me kneeling on the floor exercising. She taught me how to get up without a chair. My replacements were 15 years ago and no one ever has gotten me to this place before! I went to Dirigo for hip issues and it turned out that my back was the issue. Bree taught me lifelong core and back exercises that have left me stronger, confident and and able to do things that I thought I could never achieve again. I would highly recommend this establishment. It is a clean, personal and welcoming establishment.

I had been in pain for years. I could barely lift my leg, but I kept going to the gym thinking pain is normal....until it wasn't. I considered surgery for something in my back that wasn't necessary. Thankfully the caring and attentive staff of Dirigo PT stepped in to do a simple evaluation. Upon that evaluation Bree was able to determine I had nerve pain due to years of not recovering from pregnancy and giving birth. She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient and most importantly very good at healing people. I have always said physical therapist are miracle workers and she is just that. The one thing to remember is you have to put in the work to help yourself as well.

There is no better feeling than walking out feeling whole again because of someone like Bree. She makes it easy to schedule appointments, ask questions and put your faith. If you need any type of physical therapy Dirigo is the place to go.

Bree and the crew at Dirigo are lovely. The space is super convenient as I go to the gym downstairs and Bree has helped me with a few issues I’ve had over the past couple years. Scheduling is always easy and Bree is so knowledgeable and hands on in her treatment style. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a PT.

Bree at the Saco clinic has helped me tremendously for several issues over the past few years. Her knowledge is impressive, and especially her patience and listening skills are reasons I continue going to her for care. She has helped me get to a point to be able to throw a ball again after surgery, and even later got me able to get on a plane after not being comfortable even sitting for a few minutes. Very skilled practitioner.

Bree has been fantastic helping me recover from a shoulder injury.
