I was in ER and on the telemetry floor during my stay. My ER nurse, Melissa Davidson, was attentive, very nice, answered my questions and made me feel completely at ease. My ER doctor, Wendy Ciovacco, was informative and made me feel comfortable. The staff on the telemetry floor were equally helpful. I felt I was in the best hands from the moment I entered the hospital. Thank you all for taking such great care of me during a difficult and painful time. I cannot say enough good things about these people and this hospital.

The facility is well equipped and clean. Workers are attentive to their patients. I highly recommend my physical therapist James. He is professional and is always making sure I am comfortable on the treatment. Since I started the the therapy I feel a lot better. I also want to commend Ms. Hart my son’s OT. She made a big impact on my son’s improvement on his daily living. She is compassionate and knows how to get my son’s trust and attention.

The nursing staff we're very attentive to my needs and were very helpful. The food was very good and opened me up to new flavors. This is not where I want to be but as long as I'm here they have made me feel comfortable. Thank you very much

Horrible. After my loved one was brought by ambulance and admitted he was given numerous tests and discharged with a promise for test results the following Monday. No one ever called, we had to call and hunt someone down. They finally returned our call and told my loved one over the phone without any compassion that he had a terminal diagnosis. No instructions or follow up offered, just dropped a bomb and a have a nice day. Horrible way to operate delivering a diagnosis. My loved one was in and out of the hospital several times for the next 2 months before he passed. The staff never offered information on test results, creating of a patient portal, nothing. It was like pulling teeth to get anyone to do anything. Nurses were all great, but doctors lack compassion, communication and follow up.

Everyone is very friendly and efficient. The only problem is the phone lines. I’m always put on hold . More people or more phone lines would be nice. My Doctor is very attentive and makes sure I understand all my issues. Thank you for your excellent service.

Always treated w compassion and care both in emergency room and labor and delivery. Nurses are great and my doctors have been really thorough. I’ve had great only great experience. My children have been seen right away in ER when time was important.

I went to the ER twice last year because I was having a couple anxiety attacks, but I wanted to make sure that nothing was going on. The service there was great and the doctors and nurses were phenomenal. My only complaint is the constant bills after the fact. If you’re going to be paying thousands of dollars just to be seen for something so small there’s no point in getting checked out in the first place. We are all struggling right now and receiving bill after bill doesn’t make you wanna go back for treatment if you need it. Great service, but I will not be going back if it means I’m going to be getting bills this frequently. Lesson learned.
