He gives specific, actionable feedback, all while maintaining a very encouraging attitude. On the logistics/administrative side, Dial has been a pleasure to work with, always responding promptly to any questions I have.

Great experience thus far! I sought out tennis lessons as a way to do something fun for myself after my son was born, and had very little experience playing the game and was a little intimidated to reach out as a beginner. Communication was quick and easy with Dial via email and phone, and was able to have a trial lesson with Daren before setting up weekly lessons (no package requirements - which is great). Daren is a wonderful instructor - patient, clear and communicative. I've made a lot of progress in just a couple months and look forward to the lessons weekly.

I found Dial Jones on Google, so writing a review in case you are also here searching for tennis lessons! Dial was super easy to work with, and he set me up with one of his instructors, Brenn, who is terrific. Brenn is thoughtful, encouraging, and never made me feel bad about being a true beginner. Plus, our lessons were at the courts in Santa Monica near the ocean. A great experience, highly recommend.

We searched all over Los Angeles for private tennis lessons for our teenage daughter that would truly develop her skill set, and keep her challenged for a competitive price. We were so lucky to be sent to Dial Jones in Santa Monica. The company itself is well organized and super efficient. They never let us down. Plus you get to play on those gorgeous courts by the ocean. We have Brenn as our instructor and we can't rave about him enough. He is so kind but incredibly motivating as a Coach. He is obviously highly skilled as a player and nurturing to our daughter's growth. He is concerned with all aspects of her physical skill set and game as she enters competitions but also takes the time to make sure she is keeping a positive mind set and not stressing out. He is simply the best. Don't hesitate and kill yourself with more research and suggestions from friends and co-workers.- Mostly Adults take lessons there. It's not just for kids. DIAL JONES is the way to go......You will be happy and your tennis game will thank you!

Before joining, I was struggling with improving, I didn’t know how or what to do to get better. Through coaching with Dial Jones academy, how I viewed tennis and thought the game was played has completely changed. I have felt a significant advancement in my skills and strategy. I've taken two lessons with DJA, both while on business trips to Santa Monica. Both teachers were terrific! They were on time, professional, and provided helpful instruction at my level. And you can't beat the beachside courts! Highly recommend.
