My visit to Cycle gear was about what I expected, given the staff working that day—two young men and a young woman. 3/1/25 They greeted us when we walked in, which was appreciated. When I asked where to find children’s gloves, they pointed me in the right direction. However, as we continued shopping, no one checked in to see if we needed any assistance.

At checkout, the cashier didn’t greet or acknowledge us while ringing up our items. Meanwhile, the other two employees were engaged in a personal conversation, laughing and enjoying themselves. It felt more like a social gathering than a workplace. It wasn’t until my friend commented on their lack of attentiveness that one of the young men finally stepped up and called the next person in line.

Overall, the experience felt unprofessional, and I hope that on my next visit, the staff is more focused on assisting customers rather than socializing.

Love this place the team is very helpful, patient, respectful and on it with knowledge. They helped me pick out some new gear and getting me what was best and most comfortable with sizing since I’m pretty tall with weird sizing. Really appreciate them and will be coming back for more business.
