I did a 6am Drop-In class at the gym, super accessible, friendly and felt like I`d been going to this gym for ever - thanks to Krista - the coach and the regular gym members for making my visit to Bishop all that more enjoyable.

At 62 and a recent cancer survivor, I needed to do something to recover my health. I'd always wanted to try CrossFit but at this point in life I was scared to try.

I contacted CrossFit Radiate and they assured me that the Tiger Lily's class was perfect for me. After just three weeks of Tiger Lily's my strength, digestion, sleep and overall feeling of well-being is improving. This CrossFit gym was great! Cyndee was so welcoming and allowed us to workout after her classes were over, as we were passing through the area. This gym has a surprising amount of equipment and excellent air conditioning...! Zack, my son, had just competed in Youth Nationals for Olympic Weightlifting and we were looking for a place to train while on vacation, Cyndee was extremely accommodating, and we can't recommend her CrossFit gym enough! Thanks Cyndee... 🙂
