CrossFit Midpoint

Amazing CrossFit community led by Chris Summers. Dropped in for a class and everyone was very welcoming, the programming was challenging, and the coaching was fantastic. Top notch facility with great equipment and one of the cleanest gyms that I have been to. Highly recommend for anyone looking to improve their fitness.

If it’s any consolation on how much we love this place, we drive 14 hrs to visit family, friends and our favorite CrossFit gym. We always compare other gyms to this gym anywhere we go. The owner Chris Summers, is an absolute true best friend and is the reason we always come back. His staff are some of the best coaches you will ever find. If you come to visit Little Rock and need a CrossFit gym, don’t bypass this one up. Drop ins are always welcome!

As someone who isn’t the “typical CrossFit athlete” I’ve never felt more at home and more comfortable in a gym setting! I’m here to work just as hard as the next person and work on MY fitness in a completely judgment free zone! Starting my journey, I had never done most of the CrossFit movements and every coach was so patient and gave detailed explanations! Every class each athlete works on the correct form prior to any movement no matter how long you’ve done the movement/crossfit! I very consistently recommend Midpoint to everyone, and rave over it especially when someone says “i can’t imagine doing crossfit” because midpoint is for everyone! The ABSOLUTE BEST gym I’ve ever been to! Come join us!

I've been a member of Crossfit Midpoint for 5 years now, and it has served as my gym home ever since relocating to Little Rock. I've seen changes in ownership, equipment, and programming during my time here. The one thing that hasn't changed, however, is this place's ability to help you embrace the desire to build a better version of yourself, no matter what that may look like! The professionally-trained coaches will equip you with the tools to facilitate this change while always maintaining safety as the uttermost priority. I have been lucky enough to call Crossfit Midpoint my home for over 3 years. When I moved back to Little Rock, Midpoint was such an open and friendly gym. Not only have I continued to make improvements in my fitness but continued to gain life long friendships. Midpoint even inspired me to take my Crossfit Level 1 and become a coach. I wouldn't trade this gym for the world! And now my family has started coming to the gym with me!

I frequently drop in to Crossfit Midpoint while in Little Rock for work. Chris Summers (Owner/Coach) and the members have been very welcoming and I really enjoy the coaching that Chris provides and how he motivates his members.
