Creative Art and Clay is fun for kids and adults. We absolutely love their clay and art classes. We look forward to creating our very own work of art. Maria and Silvia support each student's creativity while teaching them the skills they need to know for their project. I have received many adorable treasures from my son. They make the best gifts and keepsakes. Creative Art and Clay is truly a one of a kind.

The BEST!!! This is such a wonderful clay and art studio. I have taken my kids here almost every week since we found it and they always look forward to going. And if we miss a week, they always ask about it! It is so fun and it is so much more than clay!

There are so many fun crafts to dive into and I love the way my kids are so inspired to express their creativity through different art forms.

We also went to the studio for the last day of Spring Break camp and it was such a blast! They had everything!!!! From bracelets, to bubbles, to watercolor, to crochet, to facepaint, to pastel paint markers, to of course, clay!!

Maria, the owner, is one of the kindest people I've ever met. She is so welcoming and makes you and your child(ren) feel at home and at ease immediately.

Come join the fun! You won't regret it! This studio and Maria are an absolute gift to the community. I am so grateful!

Whether you're an experienced or novice potter, Creative Art & Clay is such a special place to be, allowing you to learn and grow in your artistic endeavours. Maria (the owner) has such a positive energy, radiating good vibes throughout the entire studio and infecting us all with inspiration for clay work. A round of applause to the wheel teacher Szilvie! She's a really talented potter and was so patient in teaching us the best techniques on centring clay on the wheel - which was awesome - otherwise, all of my wheel work would look like blobs of aortas. The evening class had a few other students who were both amazing and delightful! Our class was small so we benefited from personalised tips and tricks on how best to form and manage the clay using various tools. Needless to say, I highly recommend this studio for anyone who wants to learn a new skill, practice calm, or just have a desire to unleash their hidden artistic talents!

Our family has been attending classes with Maria for almost one year. From summer camp to mommy and kids classes, to sip and clay… it’s been one of the best activities for us to do together.

Maria not only makes the class super interesting but also fun. She has a great way of connecting with people and teaching which makes us want to keep going back to learn more. We always loose a sense of time while getting our hands dirty and being creative.

My daughters also love being there, always leave feeling inspired, creative, and SO proud of their pieces. I cannot recommend this class highly enough and Maria is one of the sweetest people you’ll meet!

Maria had our family for a ceramics class. She was able to engage all of us, teach us about creating with clay, and helped everyone have a fun time! My 3 boys all loved it! She was patient and clearly knows how to work with children! She made us feel comfortable and we absolutely loved the time in her studio. Can’t wait to go back!

My friend and I had a fantastic time at Creative Art&Clay Studio in Walnut Creek! We attended a private class with Maria, the owner and teacher, who made our visit truly enjoyable.
From the moment we stepped in, Maria's warmth and enthusiasm were contagious. We had the opportunity to make a mug and some other decorative pieces, and Maria provided us with all the necessary tools and guidance to bring our ideas to life. Not only was Maria an excellent teacher, but she also created a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere in the studio. We had such a good time chatting and creating together—it felt like time flew by! Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I can't wait to come back with my daughters as well! Thank you, Maria, for a memorable day!

My daughter is 7 years old and started art classes with Maria a year ago and still loves going. She has learned so much about clay and pottery and now she is learning about painting techniques. Maria is also very nice and I have just started my four year old with her this past week as well. I highly recommend her as even for an overprotective homeschooling parent as myself, I trust her 100% with my girls.
