I have only attended Elena's classes here and they have become one of my favorite classes to come back to. They are rigorous and challenging and motivate me to get better in my yoga practice. I love the beautiful natural light in the space. Elena is knowledgeable, supportive and her calm yet encouraging tone hits just the right spot for me. It's a very fulfilling Sunday morning experience for me.

I LOVE Crave! This is a spectacular yoga studio and I look forward to every class that I do here. Every teacher is exceptional and I've never had a class that I didn't love.

They offer a variety of types of yoga classes and a lot of different class times each day. It's always very easy for me to find a class that works with my schedule. They have an app that is very easy to use to reserve classes and check the class schedule.

I can't say enough good things about Crave! It's like my second home.

After three months of trying yoga studios in the area, I've settled on Crave. Here are the reasons I recommend this studio to others:
1. Strong Instructors - Skilled and thoughtful, varying in their approaches.
2. Diverse Class Options - Classes range from Power Yoga to standard Vinyasa Flow, to slower more specialized classes.
3. Clean Studio - Spotless and always clean.
4. Welcoming Community - Some people get in and out for their classes and others prefer to show up early or linger after, speaking with friends or with instructors. Everyone is welcome to interact with the Crave Community how they wish.
5. No Pressure Unless you Want it - Instructors are emotionally intelligent enough to see even beyond the consent cards (whether you welcome hands-on adjustments) to know when and how often to come around to encourage you to improve a posture or try a more challenging variation.
6. Owner is Wonderful - The owner, Helena, is the epitome of a servant leader. She welcomes everyone into classes with a smile, teaches classes herself, folds towels, answers emails, and probably much more behind the scenes that we don't see.
7. Space in classes - Other than a couple of the weekend classes, there is always ample space in between mats. Even with the packed weekend classes, I’ve only once been worried about someone too close to me and that was my fault for signing up for the class last minute and showing up slightly late.
8. Three favorite instructors - There are more than 15 instructors, with a handful teaching classes regularly. I take most of my classes with Nikki Wong because I appreciate the balance of physical challenge along with skill work/improvement in her yoga classes. That said, I also enjoy Elena Milyukova’s classes which are longer and slightly slower but no less difficult. Helena McLoughlin is a great instructor too, and I find the most mental clarity after her classes.

I just took Helena's 30-30-30 class for the first time, after being a member of the Crave community for about 1 year, and it's the best thing ever. Highly recommend taking it when it's offered about 1x per month. It's 30 minutes of movement, followed by 30 minutes of meditation and breath work, and winds down with 30 minutes of restful, restorative postures. The 30 min of mediation/breathwork initially intimidated me but Helena guides you with accessible "bites" and it was awesome! I'm so grateful for all the teachers at Crave!

I tried, I honestly tried after we moved from Mountain View to find a yoga studio closer to home. But alas it was either too hot, too loud, too standardized, too transactional, too easy or too hard. Sometimes the schedule was inconvenient. And here I am back at Crave Yoga - beautiful, peaceful COMMUNITY. Wonderful to see independent women owned businesses grow and make an impact?

I attended a Crave yoga open house free class 2 years ago and have never looked back. I have done yoga at different places for and Crave Yoga is by far my favorite. I am very picky and the studio owner Helena has a very high standard. She created a very beautiful, warm and welcoming environment and yoga community. The studio offers a variety of classes that fit every level. Every week I look forward to going to the classes, seeing the instructors and friends I met there. My yoga practices have deepened since I joined and going to Crave for yoga classes has become an important part of my weekly wellness/self-care routine. I am glad to have found Crave. - Amy

This yoga studio is awesome!! This is relatively new (over a year old) and the interiors are modern, tastefully decorated and artsy. Helena who is the owner of the stidio is a vibrant ever-smiling gorgeous person and a fantastic yoga teacher. She constantly seeks feedback and is really open to incorporating new things or fixing any issues promptly. Studio has got the best selection of teachers, it’s difficult to pick favorites, the variety is commendable. Multiple styles and class timings are sufficient to accommodate any yoga style and any schedule. Their “crave yoga” app is super user-friendly and I could book or cancel promptly. I am a big fan of slow Vinyasa and can’t advocate how much variety they offer. At times, they also arrange free workshops on various techniques - Moto-ki, Ayurveda, Reiki. They also offer all the modern yoga accessories, practically you just have to show up. Their yoga music playlist selection is handpicked and I would totally copy that lol. This complex has its dedicated parking space, additionally tons of street parking in front and back of the studio. Location couldn’t be any better, it’s right next to Castro street, Mountain View downtown! I have been coming here for more than 6 months, and simply love this place!

This place reminds of One Yoga house in dumbo New York in terms of the vibes and aesthetic….must be the concrete floors. (That was my fave studio in nyc). They have awesome music playlists too…really gets you in a meditative mind space. I find the aesthetics and vibes of a yoga studio really make or break it for me, and this place really excels on that front. I hope to become a frequent goer of classes here
