Unbelievably horrible experience. I am a regular at corepower and have never experienced this crowded of a class. I came in put my stuff down before class had started and these two older men squeezed right in mat to mat next to me. Didn’t think much of it because I wanted to have a good class, but when they started to move in on my space on my mat dripping sweat all over my space and on me, I then had to leave. Horrible. The manager talked down to me when I tried to explain that i would like I refund due to having to leave 30 minutes before the class ended. Again, I am a very regular member and did not appreciate being talked down to by management. Just very disgusted with how the classes are run here, I was very uncomfortable with older men squeezing in right on me and puddles of their sweat getting on me, my mat, and my water bottle.

I am a regular at Yoga Sculpt. The combination of weights, stretch, aerobics and balance make it the all in one exercise class that is unique. There are multi yoga sculpt classes on each day. Each instructor has their own unique style and each instructor changes their routine so the class never gets monotonous. The heat and humidity help loosen body tissues and get the cardiovascular system to work harder. If I want true yoga I would take one of their other yoga classes. I have been to a few core power studios and this is the best one. The staff and instructors know me by name. The energy level and encouragement of the instructors are similar to having a personal trainer. They push me to go harder and longer in a set of exercises than I would ever do on my own. I am surrounded by other participants who are the age of my kids ( and even grandkids if I had any). This type of group makes me work out even harder than if I was with a group of people my own age in their 70’s. One feeds off the energy of others. The showers and lockers are always immaculate, a nice bonus if I am not going directly home. The men’s locker room has 3 showers and a separate rest room from the two rest rooms on the main floor.

Great community and place to reset your mind and body. I've had several instructors, but Valerie is by far the best. She is very friendly and personable, always has the best song tracks, flows that vary from week to week, calming tone to her voice, and hands-on adjustments. All instructors could benefit from taking a class with her to find ways to incorporate these little details into their classes.

Only constructive criticism I have is the floors could be cleaned better between classes. Lots of sweat puddles and they usually just wipe it up with a dry towel, little to no real cleaning takes place.

8/4/24 update: Floors are getting cleaned more thoroughly now which is great and sweat smell post cleanup has improved.

9/22/24: The last few months the temperature and humidity don't seem as high. It also varies too much from week to week. Is this a thermostat issue or setting by the instructor? I've been in C2 classes where the mirror is so fogged up you can't see yourself and others where I barely break a sweat. More consistency would be great.

My favorite of all the CorePowers! Seriously, the teachers here are unparalleled, and the front desk staff is always so nice and accommodating. The locker room downstairs is spacious and the yoga studios are kept as clean as they can be. Big shout out to Alexa, Adam, and Grace who keep me fit and sweaty!

I was excited to try Core Power due to all the good things I've heard and the abundance of classes that are offered. However, my experience has been awful.

First off, as soon as you open the front door, it smells extremely bad and sweaty, like the place hasn't been sanitized in a long time. I would expect a studio of this caliber to take cleanliness/hygiene seriously and keep the place smelling fresh.

This leads me to my next point. They pack the class to the brim like we are sardines. There is literally only 2 inches between my mat and my neighbors, which is very physically uncomfortable. There is no personal space to perform the movements we are told to do. On top of this, the heat is set very high. One time I had to leave class 15 minutes early because I thought I was going to pass out from the high heat and overcrowdedness of the room. Ive done hot yoga before and haven't had this problem at other studios.

The practice of yoga is meant to relax the mind and body. These classes have failed to accomplish that for me and I will not be coming back.

Went to the Saturday morning Sculpt class and the room was so full there was maybe 2 inches between each mat. It was so packed you couldn't even get the full range of motion, not to mention that you'd inevitably brush past your sweaty neighbor. There's no way the amount of people packed into that room is sanitary. I felt disgusting after.

I understand it's a heated yoga class and that the studio is probably trying to make the most profit possible, but they are compromising the health and safety of participants with how full the class was today.

Giving 2 stars instead of 1 because I got a decent workout and the instructor was good, but the overpacked class completely killed the mood.

Spend your money elsewhere and go to a different yoga studio that respects their customers personal space and health.

I haven't taken the time to read the other reviews but I was surprised to see that it has an average of 3.8 because I've been nothing but impressed with this location. I'm doing the First Week Free promotion and have been opting for the Yoga Sculpt class every time, and trying out all the instructors. I was happy with the ease of using the promotion, how friendly the staff always is, and how awesome the classes are. The facility is clean and kept, they always clean the studio immediately after, and the locker room is such a great addition. The instructors have all been really great and I leave feeling like I got a great workout.

This is a great yoga studio! Great classes, motivating instructors, clean and modern, locker rooms with provisions in the showers. The app interface is lovely and easy to use. The team provides and excellent experience. It’s a little pricey but def not overpriced.
