I appreciated being able to schedule an appointment online, as well as complete forms and check-in. It made it all much easier, especially when I wasn't feeling well. Once there, I was seen quickly. My provider was friendly, listened well, and eased my mind. Next steps were clear and helpful. Definitely recommend!

The staff was amazing! They showed kindness and empathy for me. The check in process is simple, however if someone else doesn't use a computer, there should be other options. I was taken to a room for triage and then roomed to see the doctor. The MA was extremely efficient in her work asking me all the appropriate questions and planning for my visit. The provider was kind and I had a very thorough evaluation by her. She explained how my symptoms are viral and to continue OTC meds but to go back in 3 days. I understand because of all the over use of antibiotics. She explained it all and took her time with me. I was in and out and happy with my care! Thank you!!

Great experience from start to finish – I’m a family medicine physician so have high standards for what I want to receive from an urgent care. Easy check-in, seen quickly by Jean, one of the nurse practitioners, and had an appropriate work up for my presenting symptoms. I will definitely use ConvenientMD again when needed.

Very little wait time. Very pleasant, helpful, efficient staff. Medical staff are knowledgeable and helped clear up my issue immediately. Feeling so much better one day after visit.

Had issues and pain that was not resolved by my pc doctor. I left for vacation anyway. Days after arriving pain got worse. Went to urgent care Saco I think. Took my insurance. They promptly saw me and reviewed chart. And my issues are now feeling like it’s healing.
Every one I felt with was kind and help. Can’t recommend enough.
