I absolutely love Fit Body Boot Camp. I have been a member for about a year , i even sold all my home gym equipment because i never plan on leaving..
i have worked out for over 30 years with so many different trainers, different gyms . And being a part of Contra Loma Boot Camp has been the best experience. Coach Marcy is supportive, challenges me to be my best, not to mention i have met some of the most inspirational woman . It’s more than a gym, it’s a community of people that motivates and empowers each other . I cannot say enough, I’m just happy i found it!

Contra Loma FBBC is amazing. Marcy makes you feel like family right away. She answers all your questions and has never made me feel uncomfortable or afraid to ask for help or guidance. She has helped me on my journey with fitness and helping me be more confident trying new things and being comfortable in my body. I always leave sweaty and feel like I have had an amazing workout. All of the other coaches are awesome as well. I love that I can go work out get my fitness on and there’s a good family feel here. Everyone gets along and routes for each other. I don’t dread going to work out here. I look forward to it.

I love this boot camp! I was a little leary in the beginning, being 62, and having never worked out in my life, I wasn’t sure I would be able to do it, but I decided to try it, and I’m so glad I did because I love it!
I love the structure where the sessions are done in 30 minutes, working out with a group, and doing a variety of different exercises every day. It’s always something different which makes it fun, exciting, and challenging!
And, Coach Marcy, is awesome! She’s very motivating, patient, and a wonderful trainer. I’ve learned so much, workout wise in the few months I’ve been there, feel much stronger, and have so much more energy. You should try it ?

Fit Body Boot Camp is a fantastic gym. It gives a variety of exercised and Marcy, the coach, will modify exercises based on a person’s limitations. I have gained muscle, am toner, and feel better. Thank you Marcy!

I look forward to going to my workouts and feel like I've let myself down when I have to miss any. Marcy is so positive and motivating. She ensure our techniques are always correct to avoid any injuries and provides modifications if you are unable to do anything or brand new. It's a great environmental with excellent and motivating members.

You will not be disappointed. The coaches are excellent and group workouts are challenging but fun! The fellow bootcampers are motivating and encouraging. This is the place to be if you want to work on those fitness goals!

Very grateful for the way this gym has gone above and beyond to take care of my mom, Suzanne! She has had some major health challenges the past few years and Marcy has worked with her individually to modify the exercises for her to able to perform to the best of her ability. Thank you!!
