Mi experiencia en el taller de constelaciones con Fabiana ha sido muy enriquecedor en el sentido que pude experimentar la importancia que tiene que cada uno ocupe el rol que le corresponde en el seno de su familia. En mi caso desde niña y por las circunstancias de la propia familia tuve que asumir el rol de "cuidadora" de mis hermanos pequeños y esa era una mochila que llevé en mis espaldas toda la vida. Tras esta sesión me di cuenta de dónde provenían mis problemas posturales y de tensión crónica en mis hombros y espalda alta. Por fin pude liberarme de la mochila de responsabilidad que le correspondía a mis progenitores y lo hice sin sentirme culpable y honrando el rol de mis padres.
Gracias a Fabiana y al grupo de compañeras porque el trabajo grupal me permitió darme cuenta lo traumático que llega a ser asumir roles que no me corresponden.
