Coastal Carolina Home Watch

We have just started having Coastal Carolina Home Watch check on our condo while we are gone, and we are so happy we hired them!! It gives us total peace of mind knowing that they are checking everything to make sure all is good! And they are the nicest, friendliest people! They are Definitely worth 5 stars!!

Steven and his team provide a great service and are super to work with at our home in DeBordieu. We have real peace of mind knowing they are looking after our house while we are not there. We trust them completely.

CCHW did a great job looking after my home. They were thorough and their detailed reports were very helpful in knowing what issues needed to be addressed. Highly recommend to anyone needing someone to look after their home if it's going to be unoccupied for and extended amount of time.

We have been using CCHW for the past 10 years. They do an amazing job inspecting our property when we are away. The entire staff is courteous, efficient and professional. They provide us with peace of mind and we highly recommend them!

I have used Coastal Carolina Home Watch for over 4 yrs. They have been the greatest asset to me as a non local property owner. They are extremely organized and communicative. I would highly recommend anyone use them to manage their property.

CCHW has provided us with peace of mind as they keep watch over our home, provide us with recommendations when home improvements or repairs are needed and they do all this with pleasant, helpful and prompt conversation. We appreciate and definitely recommend them.

CCHW are amazing people, Steven has saved us several times! If we didn’t have him checking our condo and immediately reporting to us that our HVAC was not working, we would never have known and would have run into other issues. If you think it’s not that important to have someone checking your place, it truly is a godsend and we never worry. They are worth every penny. Vickie answers emails immediately and the ball is never dropped. We highly recommend!
