I've been working out with Christina for a few months, and have seen my endurance and strength grow quite a bit. Christina is very attentive to any areas of concern/prior injuries, and tailors my workouts accordingly. She is incredibly encouraging and quickly figured out the style of workout that is best for me, which keeps me showing up for more.

Christina and I did a 3 month program focused on general fitness, muscle building, and overall mobility. I came to her looking for ways to relieve or reduce some lower back/outer thigh nerve pains as well as weight loss.
During my program with her, my nerve pains became more manageable and some days non existent, in addition the weight loss was quite satisfying as I was able to notice and feel my muscles gradually growing. She was very supportive and understanding of my current and past body struggles from living a sedentary lifestyle (5-8 hours at a desk daily), and she was understanding of my fluctuating work schedule. By the end of the program my body had grown stronger and more capable, and the knowledge that she imparted on me continues to help me maintain my mobility today.

Here’s a quick break down of how my program went.

The process started with a couple of sessions at home and at the gym, to assess my current capabilities and limitations. We also addressed my preferences for an at home work out or gym work out, concluding with a simple workout regimen spanning 3 days a week with time in between each for rest, And progress checks once a week.

All in all it was a great experience for me, as an individual without any knowledge of health or fitness, she helped me cultivate not just a healthier physique, but a healthier lifestyle going forward.
