Coach Teenuh is incredible. Not only is she knowledgeable and professional, she’s personable and understanding. She challenges me and makes me feel comfortable yet empowered. I feel like I made an incredible choice working with her.

I learned a bunch about posture and positioning when it comes to lifting. I’m still very much a beginner in fitness, but she has helped me build a great foundation and I have been able to see where my strengths and challenge points are. I’m excited to continue working with her.

My experience with Coach Teenuh is absolutely mind blowing! Tbh I’ve been through 4 personal trainers and by FAR Coach Teenuh is my FAVORITE! She’s so legit, kind, motivational, silly, down to earth, and just all around authentic in every way. A lot of trainers aren’t in it for the right reasons, but she truly is. And that’s literally why i have had all the energy and commitment to her program in the first time in my life. I’ve seen a whole lifestyle change in my life for the better because of her. She made me learn/realize that i gotta show up for myself, because nobody else will. I’ve seen a difference mentally and physically in my progress with consistently working out and eating better. Sorry for writing a book but she’s really that amazing! Shoot if you don’t believe me, book with her and find out for yourself! Her energy is everything

I love BLifted!! Teenuh and Sean are great people and great trainers!! I’ve always loved having the environment to go to and not feel judged for how or what I accomplish. Seeing them and gym grow is only a testimony of how everyone appreciates this as well
