The transformation I have seen has been incredible; I am more present in my own life and have the tools and skills to understand what I need and better support myself emotionally, physically, and spiritually. I truly wish everyone had access to Anna's program and a chance to grow into a better version of themselves. In the beginning, I felt disconnected from myself and lost in life. I attended her "The Power of YES" small group coaching Sparkle Saturdays session. When you enter the virtual space, it is as if you're "walking" into a magical wonderland where everyone is special and has gifts to offer. Anna also establishes rules for engagement to ensure everyone is heard and supported throughout the session. I especially like the inviting colors on her slide deck: pink, yellow, orange, and red. She reminds me of a fairy godmother!

I loved the opportunities to dive into self to explore the possibilities. Sometimes facilitators do not do enough to create noncompetitive environments where everyone feels valued and heard. Anna has a gift for making people not only feel good about themselves, but she does an excellent job establishing trust among the participants.

In addition, I have always believed that our bodies are built with technology that can tell us all we need to know to heal and thrive. We just need to learn how to feel and listen. Anna can help you do that, too. You will learn how and when to say YES to better align all aspects of your life.
