I could tell from the first few tiktok videos of hers that came across my feed that Raychel was someone very special.  It was proven to me upon meeting her in our first 30 min introduction and time and time again in every session. I swear she's from another planet, that's how hard it is to find someone with her ability to see you and help you uncover the best in you. She is an astute listener with powerful insights. She is warm,  compassionate,  understanding,  and hilarious. She will literally be giddy with excitement at the idea of being able to help you. Our sessions are so productive without being rushed or strict,  and she will also ask for your input on what's working or about other approaches she can try to best fit your needs.  Your sessions with her may not be anything like mine,  but I guarantee you you'll be looking forward to each one and if anyone can guide you to where you want to be as a person,  it's her.

I can't not recommend Raychel enough as a coach. As a former gymnastics coach of 18 years I have coached thousands of athletes and have learned so much from Raychel.
