The teaching staff is absolutely amazing and are clearly doing their absolute best every day. That being said, we have decided to pull our kid out as the teachers seem too overworked. The kid-teacher ratio is very bad in our opinion. I do want to stress again that the teachers are amazing ♥️

I would highly recommend Childtime of Santa Ana to any of my friends and family! The staff are warm and welcoming and the facility is always clean and has plenty of natural indoor and outdoor space and amenities for children to flourish. We are leaving due to major lifestyle changes, but planned to keep my daughter here until she aged out. The director, Ms. Andrea, runs a tight ship and is always in open communication with the parents. The staff are very accommodating for all requests and always strive to educate and encourage the kids within their care. I’m an anxious parent, and they always were free to speak with me regarding my concerns. My daughter started here when she was 4 months old and is 2 now. Thank you Childtime for providing a home away from home for my child! We will miss this place.

Our daughter had been at Childtime since 18 months, and we love it there. It really feels like a home away from home for our child. All the teachers and staff are wonderful and always take the time to share info. The app lets me know what activities they kiddies are up to which is so awesome to see when I'm at work. My daughter loves her teachers so much, which is the best feeling of all. So happy we were able to find and get a spot at Childtime!

MY husband and I can not be more happy about the care that they have given our child. We have been there for a total of 9 months. They took in out baby girl at just 10 weeks old. The Caretakers are just amazing! Kristina is the Director and has so much energy, she always plans fun activities for all kids of all ages, I especially love the teachers. They will give you a thorough update on how your child is doing, they call right away if your child is not feeling well. They really do make you feel like family, which is good since she is there 5 days a week. I have piece of mind dropping her off. They give us updates on when and what she eats, sleeps, bowls movements, and sends pictures of moments that are priceless. The cost well daycare now at days is costly, I would say this is a fair cost given today's society. I forgot to mention, they provide diapers wipes, and sheets! AWESOME!

Finding a good child care center was a bit of a challenge. My wife and I found places that we liked but not loved until we came the Childtime center in Santa Ana. Everyone is so pleasant, happy, and very easy to talk to. I never thought we'd be able to find such an outstanding place on our budget. My 10 months old daughter has been going there for about 7 months and she loves her teaches, Ms. Nicki and Ms. Lee, almost as much as I love them. They have played a huge part in her development and it is very apparent that they love Kennedy. I love the teachers in the infant room so much that I wish my daughter didn't have to graduate to the next level. But children have to grow up and I'm positive that the next level will be just as awesome. I also have to give a shout out to Ms. Trina and Ms. Dana for managing such an amazing place. I love you all and thank you so much taking such great care of my daughter.

We had a wonderful experience at ChildTime Santa Ana. Our baby girl was with them for the first year of her life. Ms. Kristina runs a wonderful school. She treats the teachers with respect and they pay it forward to the babies. The infant teachers are amazing. They are cheerful, energetic, and caring. With my permission, they introduced our little one to age-appropriate activities and foods. They kept us updated on how she did through their app. When she wasn't herself, they always let us know, but never overreacted. Every day when I dropped her off, our daughter would give Ms. Karina the big smile that she normally reserves for mom and dad. The building feels like a school more than a daycare. It is very clean and I saw it being cleaned multiple times. I was so nervous to trust someone else with our daughter all day, but it was clear that she was safe, loved and well cared for at ChildTime. I was so sad to leave when we moved.

I also highly recommend this daycare. My son attended here from age 1 to about 3 and a half, at which point we took him out to attend a religious school. But we were totally satisfied with the experience at Childtime for the entire duration, and our decision to leave had nothing to do with the quality of care. The teachers are excellent. Many of the teachers our son had are mothers themselves, and that motherly care was extended into the class room. And even those that weren't mothers were excellent teachers who truly loved the kids. The curriculum seems educational, while at the same time age appropriate, and there is never pressure to learn; it's about enjoying learning. And the director, Ms. Trinia, is as sweet as she is competent.

A unique challenge for us is that our son has severe food allergies. Childtime was always excellent about accommodating his allergies. The school is a peanut free zone. And the teachers were all very aware of my son's other allergies and took great care to keep him safe. In his entire two and a half year stint, he did not have a single allergic incident. The director's son, who attends, also has some food allergies, so that may explain why the school is so good about it. But if you have a child with food allergies, Childtime is a safe place to send your child.

Our daughter LOVES Childtime! The teachers are all so great with all of the children. The administration has been great during this pandemic and sending weekly updates and information about how they are handling Covid 19. It's truly the best place we can take our children for learning and development.
