Improvements in customer service needed. Cultural diversity training needed. Aversive towards children with disabilities or behavioral issues.More funding needed to improve the program to enhance engagement for all children. Needs to invest in training staff and educating staff in child development and strategies for children’s emotional and behavioral responses. Program has potential for 5 stars. Would love to see the dynamics change to be accelerated and accepting to all.

Champions has really been a life savor for me. Always open during the school breaks when us parents need the extra help the most. I’m so glad they came to Stonegate my son absolutely loves it and Is always begging to stay til 6:00pm.
