Beautiful drive down to the property, and a very friendly check- in where guests were offered wine while waiting, strangers chatted and the vibe was happy. We opted for a contemporary room and loved the warmth and quiet. Very comfortable space, the amenities were on point, we felt relaxed and welcomed. Absolutely the best coffee I've ever had in my room. Room service was surprisingly prompt and upbeat. Our room service experience was all about hot delicious fare, completely beyond our expectations. Fantastic cocktails! Best nights sleep in a hotel in years. Absolute best views of the Golden Gate and hikes without compare. We'll be back!

I was here event managing the Builders event (Nov. 21-22). The banquet staff and supervisors working with us were some of the best I’ve worked with. They were flexible and reactive with many last minute changes to table orders and late arrivals to dinner. ||And with the extreme weather we experienced during the event we experienced 5 Star level support with our attendees to stay dry and get them safely to their rooms/cars. Cavallo staff were communicative and friendly every step of the way. ||Encore also did an excellent job with AV! ||Always a great time hosting an event here. Thank you all so much.

I recently had the pleasure of working an event at Cavallo Point and I must say the hospitality I received from all the staff members, including the event manager and her assistant (Male - cannot remember his name) was unmatched. They treated us as if we were a guest staying at their establishment. I will recommend this venue to anyone looking for exceptional hospitality surrounded by the most beautiful landscape.

This is a gorgeous property and so peaceful in the mornings and evenings yet so close to San Francisco. The staff are super friendly and attentive. The rooms are charming and the bedding is high quality. The only caution is that there is no AC in the units, but there are fans and the rooms stay relatively cool.

We had the most amazing stay here at Cavallo Point! The room 2004 was absolutely perfect! From the beautiful view of the Golden Gate, the best food and room service and the most nice and helpful staff! Swan, Abdullah, Tango and the bellman with the bleached hair (unfortunately didn’t catch his name) were so helpful and accommodating our entire stay! We already can’t wait to go back!

Historic military facility that has been beautifully restored into luxurious surroundings. Fantastic location with epic views. Take a Lexus for a joy ride, and don't forget to ride the e-bikes to Sausalito for lunch.||||This fort used to protect the entrance to San Francisco Bay.

I appreciated the snacks and drinks provided. The large bathroom is a nice contrast to the cramped quarters in many hotels. Beautiful decor and all furniture was comfortable, not just the bed. Flowers and autumn decor around the lobby made for a welcoming atmosphere.

This place is located in a magical location. The rooms are excellent, everyone is very friendly, and there are tons of amenities and things to do around it. We hiked, biked, dined, relaxed, and also drove up to Larkspur for dinner, a movie, etc.
