THE PEOPLE AT THIS STORE ARE AMAZING. They saw the problem we had (our hitch was way too low) they helped us find the right part and the lady at the store called her husband who came and JACKED our trailer and fixed everything. FOR FREE. This is a great place especially if you need help fast. Would recommend COMPLETELY.?

It used to be these places sold you unnecessary parts.. I AM a mechanic who is recovering post surgery on my leg. Visibly in a boot and in pain, I had to stand and listen to two chatty women talk about local high school sports. When they were satisfied with their irrelevant convo my needs were recognized. All I asked was for a battery load test and cranking test. No can do..."liability" she spouted and proceeded to try to sell me sub par tools and how dangerous it could be if they were allowed to TEST a battery! They couldn't even give me a jump start AFTER I was about to buy a new battery even if the root cause was not the battery. Needless to say I left just irritated and no closer to getting any customer service I was willing to pay for. Might as well have asked my 5 year old to help...ridiculous how a car parts store can't even pretend to know I need a battery...let alone sell me one!

Just spent $196 on truck battery no one in the store would install for me. I guess in future I will drive to Snowflake/Taylor for better service.

My mouth is wide open and dropped to the floor, how does the smallest town have the nerve to be snotty / rude / ? I called was left on hold, Clint finially answered, I had said you need to answer the phone, phone customers are just as important, he told me (quot) if you call you will wait til were done with customer in the store/ you need someone for the phone, again he said you will wait. Aw NO
2nd. They sell product w/0 receipt , saying computer is down, okay small town they know me, product broke down / replaced it, that one didn't work at all, making excuses, they finially said they would reimburse me, still waiting for the call........DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE.....WILL RIP YOU OFF...
Water jug-. Water jug $30 dollars last time I checked Walmart
Main point ---- selling you damaged goods....Go to Showlow we are....

Went in for a utv license plate and they had a couple to choose from got me one and tried to find a bracket for my plate and the older gentleman was very helpful to me. Place east very nice.
