Canoa Ranch Golf Resort

Cassandra is amazing!!! Our flight, hotel etc. reservations were lost at the last minute and Cassandra came through for us. She got us 2 rooms at a great price! She was extremely professional and very knowledgeable regarding the rooms and amenities. The trip was last minute due to a family emergency and she was so helpful in a very stressful situation. She was so patient and kind after the 6 times I had to call her for various things, definitely appreciate all of her help!

Outstanding, quiet, peaceful, and dark. Comfy bed, enough blankets for a cool evening. Great welcome and simple check out. Resort quality ? A lovely drive to and from tucked far enough away from everything busy. Perfect get away from the hubbub of life. Gorgeous views after parking building 12.

What I liked: abundance of TV channels we could enjoy, a fan above the bed, outside access to a small courtyard. What I didn't like so much: issues with AC / Heating, with no instructions. But that seems like the norm for all hotels lately. Breakfast was good enough: hot made to order omelette, sausage, fruit, potatoes. Cereal and toast and oatmeal and juice. There is also a espresso coffee card outside the cafeteria.

The room itself was nice. Strong a/c, comfortable bed and clean (we did find a pair of shoes that were left behind). There is a seating area outside of the pool area that would have been nice to use but all the chairs had bird poop on them. We tried flipping the pads around but apparently that had already been done since there was poop on those sides too. Pool area was nice, very busy with kids on a hot Friday night. We were on the third floor and the elevation in our building was out of order. The freshly made to order omelet was good as well as the sides.

Checked in. We were told the key cards don't work. So everytime we needed to get in our room, we had to get someone from the office to let us into our room. Very I convenient. When we went into our room, it looked like the linens had been used. They changed them when we complained. The tile floor was gritty. We asked for them to be cleaned. When entering the shower, I almost stepped on a huge spider. I don't know what kind it was. The light in the cloth hanging area just kept flickering. So I did not use that area to store our cl9thes. Too irritating. We were gold the restuarant we expected to relax at and enjoy our dinner was closed. We had to drive 8 miles to eat. The included breakfast buffet was the skimpiest I ever saw. No fruit. No pastries. No waffles or pancakes. No bacon. The eggs were OK. This was such a disappointment compared to the claims made on their website.

What a great experience! Everyone we dealt with went over and above to help us! Love the hot breakfast included with the rate. The views are spectacular!!

Super friendly staff! Very affordable for a golf resort with the Best heated pool & hot tub ever!! ? Yummy breakfast & awesome coffee cart!

Love this hotel!!!. I always stay at the Canoa Ranch whenever I come to visit my daughter. The hotel is approx 30 mins from my daughter's apartment. The Staff is friendly and the hotel is clean. The rooms are very spacious and I love the daily breakfast. This trip was to attend my daughter's graduation from UOA. I prefer to stay outside of Tucson to get all the amenities that Canoa Ranch has to offer. The full size kitchen, pool, hot tub, workout area, fire pit and an outside grill! I literally feel like I am at home. Thank you Canoa Ranch for the continued memories that my family and I have made, and will continue to make.
