Very good place to play in green valley. Fairways are mostly well manicured and views are exceptional on the front. Yes, the traps have stones in them but you can play out of them easily. Very playable course with some long par 3s from blue tees

Played Canoa a few days ago. Sadly, management/ownership attitudes or finances are not allowing the course to be remotely properly maintained. The routing remains intriguing and fun, but EVERY fairway was barren -- mud, rocks, dirt and nary anything approaching proper bunker sand -- and the fairways were a dichotomous mash of dead turf and sodden soil.

6 somes on weekend! Just foolish. Does not matter that it is a tournament. 6 hour rounds are ridiculous. Views from the golf course are great. Course is interesting and fun. Greens slow for the area. Problem is it is poorly run. Would play here more often if I could play a 4 1/2 hour round

One of the slowest rounds of golf I have ever experienced. No marshal out on course. No beverage cart. Sand traps were dirt and rocks. The greens, fairways and tees were in good condition, but that doesn’t make up for the rest of it. Wouldn’t ever play here again.
