Coach Paul has been a rampant positive influence in my life. Paul is an expert not only in personal training. He is also an expert teacher of teachers. He has been transforming the lives of people who have gone on to pay that forward for over a decade. And, it shows. He had compassion for my strengths as a trainee and my fears and helped me accentuate the former and tamp down the latter respectively. I have a better relationship with my fitness because of Coach Paul.

When I started working with Coach's Paul, my goal was to reach peak physical performance, but what I achieved was so much more than I ever expected. Coach's Paul is not just a fitness coach; he is a true mentor who understands how to tailor workouts and motivation to fit individual needs.
From day one, Coach's Paul was deeply committed to my goals. He combined rigorous training sessions with a deep understanding of nutrition and recovery, which was pivotal in transforming my running performance. His approach was not about quick fixes but sustainable change. Each session was challenging yet invigorating, pushing me beyond my limits while ensuring that I stayed injury-free.
One of the unique aspects of his coaching was his personalized feedback. This wasn't just about running laps; it was a holistic approach that enhanced my overall well-being and performance. Needless to say that he taught me the passion for running.
Thanks to Coach's Paul, I achieved milestones I once thought were out of reach. I run the first half-marathon in 2019 and since then I have earned more medals since then. I've not only improved my physical capabilities but also gained a newfound confidence and discipline that permeates every area of my life.
I couldn't recommend Coach's Paul more highly. He will invest in your goals, provide you with the tools for success, and genuinely celebrate each of your victories.

I was 211 pounds when I first met Coach Paul Carey, and he coached and trained me with patience, positivity, and a breadth of knowledge that is second to none. I completed 5 half-marathons under Coach Paul's tutelage, and at least a dozen 5K's. His coaching style is cheerful yet firm, while always keeping safety as the #1 priority. My time with Coach Paul was a positive and monumental turning point in my life. Anyone wanting to learn how to be a personal trainer would be very lucky to learn from the best--Coach Paul Carey.

Despite all my limitations from having brain cancer in my motor cortex, Paul help me get back to normal. this is an amazing gym and I’m so happy Paul is doing more for others. Please go and try it out while you’re missing out on your potential.

Many times, you read reviews about a place of business, and it provides an overview of how the service offered met or exceeded expectations. It might capture the success of the program, the impact it had on the individual and the benefits received from being a participant. What is often overlooked is the core values of that business or program. That core value and culture reflects the many talents Paul Carey brings to every undertaking.

I had the privilege of being a participant in the Lucky 13 program, a community outreach program offered by Tri-City Medical Center that was coordinated and coached by Paul. The focus of the program was to train 13 individuals who had faced and overcame severe health issues to complete a Half Marathon. (13.1 miles) My initial goal in the program was to move beyond a previous cancer diagnosis and get back into shape. What happened to me was so much more than getting back into shape. It was a life-changing experience and Paul was the key component to that change. Paul’s approach was not to make runners or walkers out of any of us, that was just an added benefit to the impact he had on all the participants. There is something so special in Paul’s DNA that he imparts on every individual he has coached or mentored. He doesn’t change just the lives of the person he is working with; his reach is exponential. Paul creates an environment where the people he has trained share that same passion to assist those around them lead a healthy and happier life

Coach Paul Carey of CCA is by far one of the best coaches I have had the pleasure to work with. I first met Coach Paul eight months after my heart transplant. After I had finished cardiac rehab I felt stronger and I could do more than what was offered in cardiac rehab. Coach Paul trained me for my first half marathon after my heart transplant. He had never worked with a heart transplant patient before. He listened to the issues I had in exercising with a denervated heart. He is an exceptional listener and learned how to best work with me and my new heart to achieve the goals I wanted to not only achieve but succeed. I have watched him work with others with very different disabilities and medical issues and he worked diligently with them in modifying exercises and work out plans to achieve the goals of fitness in a safe, compassionate and motivated manner. Through the years, I have also watched Coach Paul work with new physical trainers to expand their new career with a more compassionate, educated and empathetical approach to the people who have disabilities. As the population ages, and views change on people with disabilities doing more it is imperative for physical trainers to be able to handle these unique situation in an educated and empathetic approach. Coach Paul will lay the ground work for teaching, educating and training new coaches with a compassionate, individualized approach to these clients. In turn, the physical trainers working with the younger and or healthy client will also benefit from the same approach. As a client every person likes to feel like their coach understands their unique struggle in life and Coach Paul can teach clients and new physical trainers to embrace these situations Both parties can benefit from this team work and a very holistic approach to coaching. I know I have, as I am living an amazing life, thanks to the coaching and lessons I learned from Coach Paul and apply daily whether out walking, or hiking glaciers in Alaska . Beyond amazing!! Thank you Coach Paul!
