Very unhappy with Caledonian. Staff is extremely unhelpful and very unknowledgeable. Once they get you signed up and get their money, there is noone that knows anything about the programs. If I could give 0 stars, I most certainly would.
They are dishonest and can't answer questions regarding the programs they claim to offer. My instructor and I had a syllabus that did NOT go with the books provided. When I finished my 60 hours, not one employee would get back to me to provide me information as to what the certificate allows me to do. I contacted the school numerous times and was always told that the person I needed to speak to was not available and I not once got a call back. I did receive emails from Emily who had no information on the course I took and gave me false information as she thought I took a computer class, which I did not. She never returned my call or responded to my numerous emails when I asked for assistance in getting a position because she had no knowledge. Trying to speak to Rosie or Marisol is basically impossible. This school should NOT be in business. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this program. Once they get their money, they no longer will speak with you or provide any assistance. They are ALL extremely unorganized, unprofessional and basically dishonest. I have a Child Development certificate, yet noone from the school can nor will assist me in getting a job. I have had to pay hundreds of dollars now to go back to school so I can get a job which Caledonian was paid thousands of dollars to get me retrained and back to work. It's now been months and no help from Caledonian whatsoever. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AS YOU WILL NOT GET WHAT IS PROMISED BY CALEDONIAN. And they will make promises, take your voucher money and you may end up just like me with no help from them getting back to work. I could go on with more horrible experiences that I have had with Caledonian but I really just wish that I had gone with another company and I highly recommend you do the same. Caledonian is pathetic, unprofessional, rude, unknowledgable and a complete waste of my time and money. Dont make the same mistake I did. Research before choosing a school and don't choose Caledonian unless you too want to waste your time and end up still without work and noone at Caledonian to assist you. They do not take calls, return messages nor respond to emails. Caledonian should be out of business!!

Why continuously ask me to rate random places I've never been to or have maybe passed by going 50 mph I'm sure Caledonian, Inc. is a great place of business, whatever it is they may do, but I have never even heard of them, nor do I know where they are located, yet this particular algorithm, or whatever it is, keeps feeding you this misinformation and it's annoying. I've turned off it's notifications even, yet somehow they are turned back on. I have no problem reviewing places I've been to, but I'm not going to comment on places I haven't. Please fix this issue, Google. Thank you.

THIS SO CALLED SCHOOL IS NOTHING BUT A RIP-OFF. YOU WILL NOT GET A QUALITY EDUCATION, YOU WILL NOT GET THE CLASS YOU SIGNED UP FOR, YOU WILL BE RIPPED-OFF, OVERCHARGED AND DENIED ANY DUE PROCESS. FY TONY!!!
