Hi I went there yesterday and let me just say it was like a breath of fresh air. Everyone was super sweet to me and nice and so helpful. I almost didn’t want to leave. I’ll definitely be back soon again ! Thanks guys. Keep up the great work as always! I love Burbank!! ❤️?

The Buena Vista Branch of the Burbank Library is absolutely wonderful! I needed a conference room to take a very important call... I was able to get my desired time and the room was fantastic! When I was finished, I got a chance to look around and this branch has an amazing selection of EVERYTHING!!! I love the separation of genres in DVDs and all the international selections!

Then I went over to the children's section... IF YOU HAVE KIDDOS, YOU MUST COME HERE!!! Incredible selection of fiction, non fiction, all the collections for all age groups... DVDs, audiobooks... Incredible!

And everyone is so helpful!

Love it... Love it... Love it... And many people must agree, because there were a lot of people in the library that morning!

My grandson and I love you spend time here. They have a wonderful children's reading area.
They have an amazing selection, staff is so friendly and helpful, it's a lovely place for kids to lean to enjoy reading.
Oh the grown up selection is pretty great too.?

I love this library. Just went to browse books on anti-inflammatory diets. Andy was very helpful in locating two of the books and went above and beyond to search for the third. Wonderful building and great service. Good selection of media items and great service at the front desk.

There are they are very friendly and helpful. I went there for informational visit to find out a little bit more about the California state park pass. The only have two or three park passes there and can we check out for two to three weeks and there is a long wait in line. You have to make a reservation. The guy was nice and he printed out the list of the state parks for me.

The middle aged librarian who works here is a terribly rude person. Not helpful at all, complete opposite of what you expect a librarian to be. Other staff are fine, but this POS sucks.

The library is a gem within the limits of Burbank. The staff is, generally, polite and knowledgeable. The library, itself, is quiet even when crowded. Parking is ample. They have a park great to relax in the shade, take a simple walk, or play with the children.

The reason for 4 stars is because the bathrooms could be cleaner.

Although smaller than other libraries in LA county, the courtyard and atmosphere of this location is fantastic. There is a small park outside the library where you can take a little walk or find a nice spot to read. The library has a small store inside where you can buy books and DVD’s for cheap. There is an exterior drive-through return box for after-hours or contactless returns of both books and discs. I’ve found a lot of the movies I’d been looking to watch here, especially around Halloween when I do a month long horror marathon. I would recommend coming here to spend some time, it’s always a fun outing!
