Great experience! Nick was so helpful, encouraging and it was a great beach for learning. Include the wetsuit and booties- we were comfortable in the water. We had an amazing morning and got up a few times! Would definitely go again and recommend it to anyone!

Nick is a fabulous instructor - patient and extremely competent. He was great at analyzing my pop-up progression and giving me good tips while on the water and when I got back home to practice. Can’t recommend more highly!

Excellent experience! I've taken lessons elsewhere around the Bay Area and Nick is by far the best instructor I've had. He doesn't just teach technique, but also shares valuable information for reading the conditions all around you, which as a 'non-first-timer but still a beginner' level is super valuable and makes the learning experience even more rewarding. And overall just a great person who does a great job making sure everyone in a group is getting value from the lesson.

This is becoming our favorite family tradition. The counselors are excellent and my girls got so much better throughout the week. Everything feels safe and fun. Thanks for another great finale to summer!

Our daughters attended a week of surf camp. My eldest had surfed once with her class but both girls were beginners. After the first day both girls had rode waves and declared surfing as their sport. My husband and I took a semi-private lesson the final day of their camp. We both had attempted to surf decades ago. To our surprise, thanks to Nick’s skill as a teacher, we both rode a few waves. In addition to Nick, the entire staff are excellent: patient, encouraging, safety conscientious and friendly. We will be back! In fact, the girls wants to join the surf club. Thank you!!!
