I was visiting Tracy from Portland, OR and wanted to get a class in while in town. I’m so glad I did! The space is gorgeous, the teacher was friendly, and fellow students were welcoming and diverse. Plenty of space in the studio and big parking lot, too. The locker room was clean and tidy. I will take a class here next time I’m in town.

The first time I tried Bikram yoga, I swore I’d never return. Well, it’s been over 10 years and I’m there 4-5 days per week. The Tracy studio, is welcoming, clean, safe parking and filled with diversity and people of all ages. The owners are knowledgeable, friendly, keened in on students limitations, helpful and overall people who care about people. If you have limitations you think can’t be overcome, including a bad attitude, might want to try it!

This place is amazing! I had a wonderful experience with my first class! Jonalyn is a great teacher. I don’t know how but she managed to pay individual attention to everyone in the class. The facility is very clean and equipped well. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to improve their physical and mental health!

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing! We just had the 10 a.m. taught by one the studio's newest teachers, Traci. Great class! Extremely clean lobby, changing rooms, shower rooms, etc. This is truly one of the greatest Bikram yoga studios on the Planet. And we've been to many all over the world. Namaste!!❤️❤️❤️

Awesome classic Bikram Yoga studio! I travel a lot for work, and am always thankful when I can find a studio with Bikram certified teachers teaching legitimate, 90 minute, 26-2 classes on the road. The facilities here are great--the hot room is huge, with a lot of mirrors and good acoustics; the locker rooms are spacious and clean, with a handful of hot showers; and there is plenty of parking outside. Samantha taught a great noon class, thanks for having me!
