Weekly, for the past year I’ve treated myself to an invigorating & motivating whole body workout with Luisa Grejada at Beyond Pilates’ East County San Diego locations.

Luisa warmly greets her students & throughout the 50 minute session, expertly provides concise instruction from warm-up to cool-down, which makes her classes flow seamlessly & truly enjoyable.As an added plus she’s bilingual!

Luisa’s consistently cognizant of injuries & cheerfully available to each class member, giving extra guidance to beginners as well as providing tips to elevate more seasoned attendees workouts. She’s a powerhouse yet genuine & never intimidating & a favorite of both my daughter & I. We leave feeling stronger & rejuvenated, knowing we’ll feel the gains the next day.

Joining Beyond Pilates is one of my best decisions of my life & having Luis’s & instructors like her is why!❣️

As a 5+ year member & huge fan of Beyond Pilates (& having extensive degenerative disk disease) I'd like to give a shout-out to Kevin Lang for sharing his expertise and humor while providing an invigorating & personalized workout focusing on challenging each of his students, while using his extensive knowledge of anatomy to ensure that we're working to our capacity without injury. I thoroughly enjoy his classes as much as he loves teaching, which is evident at every session. My daughter & I leave his workouts feeling renewed with an energized Zen. Kevin hails from Pilates Royalty as a brother of Kristy Bauer, one of our equally favorite instructors at Beyond Pilates.

I absolutely love this studio. I have been coming for about four years and have grown stronger & fitter year by year. some of my favorite instructors are at this location: Alissa, Jess, & Kevin. All are wonderful at explaining everything & manage to tailor each class to your needs, without compromising the needs of others. All three of these guys are so funny and kind. couldn’t ask for a better fitness experience.

My husband and I had a wonderful class with Andrew today! He was very detailed and clear with his instruction of each movement, attentive to everyone issues, corrected posture during exercises and progressed resistance when appropriate. Great instructor will be back just for another class with Andrew!

I’ve only done 2 classes! My first class was with Joe! I didn’t think it was intense! I thought it was perfect for a beginner but 2 days later my abs were on fire! 2nd class was with Jess and she killed me ! I was shaking and unable to walk haha I worked out places of my body I’ve never worked out before! Will love to take another class with her.

i love this studio so much the owner is amazing and the teachers are equally amazing. You have to find the teachers that fit your goals of course but once you find your faves its so amazing! I have healed my body in so many ways i originally came in to fix my hip flexors (rehab prescribed by dr) and let me tell you this is so perfect.

This location is my favorite, but all the other locations are great. The instructors are very knowledgeable and will tailor the moves to your skill level. I've never taken a bad class with this group of talented and dedicated people.
