First timer! I did the “first class free” as I wanted to get a feel of this workout and it did not disappoint. I mainly strength train, but this cardio is no joke lol in a good way! What a way to get your body moving and our instructor Kandyce was awesome, lively and upbeat. If you were wanting to try something new out of your regular gym routine. Try this!

Do you want to feel good? Come here; it’s that simple. The classes are dynamic, challenging and FUN (with great music). The instructors are thoughtful in their class planning, they’re challenging & encouraging. Every single instructor is AMAZING! There’s a strong sense of community; what a gem to be discovered. One of the best barre studios I have been to. All the employees that work there are amazing and are passionate about their classes. Also all the employees truly care about providing wonderful instruction and care about everyone that is a part of the studio. I have had the opportunity to try dance classes, barre classes, and yoga classes and enjoy all of them. I definitely recommend this studio! I definitely saw results from going consistently to the studio.
