Went on a less busy day to get my debit card done. Had to wait a bit as the bankers were out for lunch, but the associate that helped me, Vincente, was INCREDIBLY helpful. Can't speak for the rest of the staff as I didn't interact much with them, but Vincente was very patient and thorough with answering all my questions, troubleshooting, and walking through how to work features on my BoA app. He did not need to explain things in such details with me and keep up such a friendly and helpful attitude while doing so, so 10/10 customer service experience. Good job Vincente!

Hire more tellers!! . Only 1 teller on a Saturday morning. Line is out the front door. This is utterly ridiculous. No care for customer service. What a disgrace

This branch is soooo understaffed!! (also only b of a that takes appts in this city) I made an appt on line and showed up 15 min before. Saw Pedro but received email later in the day that my appointment was canceled because I no showed While I was there, the line probably had 10 to 15 people at the teller station and just kept getting longer and the lobby was full of people sitting down waiting. Pedro was the only person that was helping with appointment’s and looks like the tellers were understaffed also. Also, while I was there, there was a woman that was upset and irate, and also a man that almost got to physical punches with the check-in girl there is no sign to show you where to check in when you come for appointment’s and she was in the office with Pedro doing something when I tried to find someone to check In.

Has to be the worst BofA branch in the Country! Would give it zero stars if possible. Line out the door and only 2 tellers working. It's 12:30 and I was told the Business line was closed due to the lack of tellers available, yet they have 2 people walking through the lobby telling everyone "We'll be with you shortly." SLO and Paso branches are far superior to Santa Maria, with better customer service! Stay away from this branch if at all possible!!

Horrible customer service. Will be closing my account soon and never recommending this bank to anybody. Had a horrible experience with Leoni as my teller on January 6th. She made a mistake on cashing my check and I was concerned so I asked her to clarify what the issue was and she responded by telling me not to worry and that I should be nice to her. This isn’t the first time I have bad experiences with this bank so I notified the branch manager on duty that day n on my way out the door and I haven’t heard from anyone. No phone call or even an email. This bank gets comfortable because they’re so large and powerful that they forget to appreciate customers so I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Their CEO can afford to get millions per year, but cant afford to pay for extra workers. It's like a line in disneyland, but the BOA ride takes your money and isnt fun

The line is ALWAYS very long. The bank just won't give up a bit of their profits to hire more tellers. And train their teller either. I just purchased a cashier's check, sent it in as a down payment for a home I'm trying to purchase. Just to find out that the teller FORGOT to sign it. Now the check is being returned to me and I'm at risk of loosing thousands of dollars just because a teller was not trained enough to know that cashier's checks must be signed before giving them out to customers. This is a horrible bank over all
